Birgitta Holenstein is a flower essence expert and producer from Switzerland, with background in colour therapy and natural healing; a single mother of two, backpacker, hiker, animals and nature lover.

After extensive travelling and years spent on special islands like Hawaii, Tahiti and New Zealand, she is currently live in a small house with a large garden on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. The house is shared with her children Joel and Moana, and dogs Minnie, Chloe and Rudolph. When she is not busy sorting out the family, Birgitta is developing products related to the natural resources of the island as well as workshops and seminars about Gods Pharmacy.
Birgitta think she is heaven blessed to be able to do the job she loves the most: to share with you our beautiful island and its many hidden treasures and in doing so contributing to their appreciation and protection.

Birgitta is a not only a Friend of the Rainbow but are also a Family member helping to raise the Rainbow to be as true to its self and its elements.
